Midmorning's contemplation

Slept well last night. I've noticed that my dreams have been very interesting these last couple of months. Not only are they crazy and wild, but I've been dreaming on a regular basis, almost every night. I wonder if it has anything to do with my spiritual developments? Started the off with Intu-Flow with Coach Sonnon (those of you who are not familiar with Scott Sonnon's work, visit RMAX.tv) I've been doing Intu-Flow about a week now and I've noticed something: I am actually looking foward to doing it! All of the other training and exercises I've done, I've always dread. Because, c'mon, nobody really likes "exercising." We'd rather stay in our bed (or in my case, sleeping bag) where it's warm and soft. Yes, I know, it feels great afterwards and sometimes during the exertion (when you've warmed up.) But starting the exercise? That's the worst part. Or it WAS the worst part. When I do Intu-Flow, I just plain feel good, from the start to the finished. Followed up with a quick 5 minute heartbeat meditation (thank you Steven Barnes! Darkush.blogspot.com) I think I'll go check out that coffee shop I've heard so much about. Good day everyone!
